Kiser LLC, provides strategic consulting for non-profit organizations interested in implementing new service models to respond to changing community priorities. I have expertise across multiple domains including homelessness, housing, domestic violence and veterans services with a proven track record for building bridges between the not-for-profit and government sectors.

Program Development

I offer a full spectrum of program development services including identification of community needs, assessment of current programs, opportunity discovery, capacity planning, and service implementation. I have deep expertise in survival services for the homeless, veterans programs and women's and domestic violence services.

While at Compass Housing Alliance, I was involved in building 6 different housing/service facilities. Crisis Management
